The Narrative

A sailor remembered by the people he served.

Brian enlisted in the Navy in 1990 and built a career marked by discipline, mentorship, and devotion to the Navy's core values. Before his Pentagon assignment, he served with the United States Navy Ceremonial Guard, training young Guardsmen and taking part in ceremonies that represented the Navy to the country.

Those who knew Brian describe someone who noticed people, gave generously, and made service feel personal. After his death, his family turned the community's support into a scholarship fund for students who show that same commitment to others.
